Good and Sore

I hit the gym yesterday. It's been a minute too.

I train myself so hard sometimes. I've lost some muscle in my arms. I could only press about 30 pounds. My thighs are stronger. I'm up to 180 pounds on the hip adductor and 160 abductor.

I didn't get any presses in, but I plan to rev it up today with a Pilates session. I've been saying that to myself since I got up.

ugh. i've worked out like once in the last month at my apartments rinky dink gym. i really had a bangin body two years ago - i was eating alot more and working out probably 3 times a week. i was thick with it but everything was tones and tight and i LOVEDDD my body that way. now, ive lost some weight and things definitely aren't tight anymore. i HAVE to start up again. i'm thinking of making a workout-pact-group on my blog and checking in with the ladies every week! maybe we can keep each other in check!! :D
