That above is my LA Fitness workout history. It sucks. I've really fallen short, not to mention the personal training I'm paying for. I didn't like my trainer. I can work myself out, I just need to get my ass in the gym.

Tomorrow I'm going back in there. I'm thinking of going in the morning. That would be cool to get up early and knock it out. I'm afraid my hair will look crazy after sweating and everything. HEADBAND!

I've adjusted my diet already. One meal each day has been a salad.

These past two days it has been a southwest turkey salad. It's pretty damn good if I say so myself. The dressing is a maple chipotle lime cilantro concoction.
